Hello. I'm Amanda and I coach.
I've been doing this now for about 3 years. Although the setting has varied, my role is consistently underpinned by a genuine and passionate desire to help people overcome any obstacles they may be experiencing. To help people navigate to a place of greater self awareness, increased confidence and real clarity in terms of focus and direction.
Though the coaching / client relationship, we enhance emotional and physical wellbeing, while making personal goals / dreams more realistically achievable.

While I am coaching and mindfulness trained, much of my learning has come from my own personal life experiences, where there's been more notable / challenging periods of transition. It is from this place, that I offer my highest level of empathy, to create a compassionate space to explore a new way - in essence, to find a new beginning.
